During the program: wellness treatments are performed that relax the chest, facilitate breathing and strengthen the immune system.

Duration of the program: from 3 days, during which You will stay at hotel “Atostogu parkas” with full Board catering.

About the program: At least 20 wellness treatments will be applied, including the opportunity to try the exclusive procedure “Sea of minerals” in Lithuania’s only pool with mineral geothermal water. This procedure has a positive effect on human health and beauty due to a large number of minerals and salts in the water. Between treatments, you will also have the opportunity to pamper yourself in the pools and saunas area, where you will not only have fun in the pools, Jacuzzi but also be able to take part in unique sauna programs, which are held hourly.

From 13.30 hr
• Check-in at the “Atostogu parkas” hotel.

From 14.00 hr to 15:00 hr
• Lunch (following the health care programme);

From 15.00 hr to 18.00 hr
• Doctor’s consultation, during which doctor assesses the state of health and advises on the compatibility of procedures, taking into account the indications and contraindications to the procedures (30 min.);
• BMI test and wellness specialist consultation (30 min.);
• Procedure “Sea of minerals” (20 min.);
• Halotherapy (salt room) (30 min.);
• Mineral water inhalation.

From 18.00 val to 19:00 hr
• Dinner (following the health care programme).

Day 2:

From 10.00 hr to 14.00 hr
