Full board, prepared according to the health improvement program.

22 health improvement procedures:

  • 1 full body massage;
  • 1 group exercise of your choice at sports and health improvement studio;
  • 1 halotherapy (visit to the salt room);

  • 1 “BIOPTRON” light therapy;
  • 1 “TENS” electrostimulation;

During the program: the body is relaxed and strengthened with health improvement procedures.

Program duration: 3 days, during which you will be placed in the hotel.

About the program: during the program, 22 health improvement procedures are performed, also you are provided with an opportunity to try the unique procedure “Sea of minerals”. Due to the abundance of minerals and salts in the water this procedure positively affects human health and beauty. You will also have an opportunity to pamper yourself in the water and sauna area, where you will not only enjoy pools and jacuzzi, but also be able to participate in the unique programs for sauna attendants, they take place every hour.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW THE FOLLOWING THINGS:

  • In the room you will find a towel and bathrobe.
  • In order to complete all procedures you must follow the set schedule of the program.

  • Lunch (prepared according to the health program);

From 03.00 pm. till 06.00 pm..

  • Doctor’s consultation; (30 min.).
  • Inhalation of mineral water (20 min.).
  • Green cocktail.
  • Procedure “Sea of minerals” (15 min.)
  • Phytotherapy

From 06.00 pm. till 07.00 pm.

  • Dinner (prepared according to the health program);

Day 2:

From 8.00 am. till 9.00 am.

  • Breakfast (prepared according to the health program);

From 10.00 am. till 02.00 pm.

  • Unlimited visit to the Water and saunas area.
  • Water exercise (30 min.).
  • Procedure “Sea of minerals” (20 min.)
  • Phytotherapy

  • Whole body massage (60 min.);
  • Phytotherapy
  • Group exercise at the sports and health improvement studio at your choice (45 min.).

  • Halotherapy (visit to the salt room) (30 min.).

  • Dinner (prepared according to the health program);

Day 3:

  • Breakfast (prepared according to the health program);

  • Visit to the water and sauna area (2 hours).
  • Water exercise (30 min.).
  • Procedure “Sea of minerals” (20 min.)

Breakfast 8-9 a.m.

  • Quinoa porridge with vegetables (150 / 100 g.)

  • Soup of the day (250 g)
  • Chicken vegetable casserole (150 g. / 150 g.)
  • Table water with lemon

 

Dinner 6-7 p.m.

  • Boiled fish with beetroot and apple salad (100 g. / 150 g.)
  • Mint tea with honey

 

Tuesday

Breakfast 8-9 a.m. 

  • Meat and cheese plates, cucumber, tomato (25 g. / 25 g. / 100 g.)
  • Whole grain bread with butter (250 g.)
