During the workout physiotherapist will work with You individually. An individual program based on Your needs and wishes will be adapted for You, and You will perform it under the supervision of the physiotherapist..

Workout is intended for the development of the musculature of the waist and thoracic section of the spine (with “GYMNIC” ball and “THERA BAND” bands). Individual physiotherapy will be ideal when you will need to recover the reduced amplitude of motions, restore muscle strength and improve coordination.

  • Must have sports clothes and shoes.
