During the hot stone massage consistent and thorough massage from head to toe is performed by masseur’s hands and with stones of different sizes. This massage is a combination of different strength and intensity techniques: stroking, softening, vibration, articulating joint massage, rubbing, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue massage, as well as passive stretching movements. The effect of the massage is deep, but very pleasant, covering almost all systems of the human body: the body is loosened up, any pains are relieved, blood flow, lymph circulation, and metabolism improve, excess body fat ”melts“ away and skin becomes firmer.
The positive effect of a hot stone massage has long been proved.
