Yoga involves the entire family: mothers, dads and children by performing simple, but effective exercises that are promoting posture, coordination, strengthen bone and muscular systems. Special breathing exercises and meditation calm down thoughts; regulates the nervous system and allow you to listen to your inner voice, as well as to hear others much easier. Yoga classes improves your health, but also sleep!
During the classes:
- The relationship between the members of the family is strengthened, mutual understanding is improved, people are taught to express their thoughts and hear others.
- The coordination is improved, the musculoskeletal system, attention, overall physical and mental health is developed as well.
- A sense of security, independence skills, self-esteem are promoted and the overall development process is improved.

Classes are intended for the whole family, suitable for children from 6 years old.
Time of classes: On Tuesdays from 6:30 pm until 7:30 pm
