3 day health improvement program “Healthy joints”

The program is recommended for those: who feel joint pain and aches, and those, who have weak and sensitive joints or joints damaged by trauma.

2 nights at the hotel.

Full board meal program, prepared according to the health improvement program.

22 health improvement procedure:

  • 2 examinations of body composition and physiotherapist consultation;
  • 1 massages (feet);
  • 2 “TENS” electrostimulations;
  • 3 oxygen inhalations;
  • 2 “BIOPTRON” light therapies;
  • 3 procedures “Sea of minerals”;
  • 2 paraffin or sapropel masks for joints;
  • 2 visits to the water and sauna area;
  • 2 water exercises;
  • 3 phytotherapies.

During the program:  health improvement procedures that reduce joint pain and aches that are felt, and strengthen the general physical condition, are performed.

About the program: during the program, 22 health improvement procedure are performed, also you are provided with an opportunity to try the unique procedure “Sea of minerals”. Due to the abundance of minerals and salts in the water this procedure positively affects human health and beauty. You will also have an opportunity to pamper yourself in the water and sauna, where you will not only enjoy pools and jacuzzi, but also be able to participate in the unique programs for sauna attendants, they take place every hour.
